Hi,

Commvault version is 11 SP16 HPK17. Ran Nessus Professional and reported the below:

“122243 - MongoDB 2.6.x < 2.6.9, 3.0.x < 3.0.14, 3.2.x < 3.2.8 mongod”

How to resolve this?

@ElmerT , you can manually upgrade MongoDB as needed:

Let me know if that helps!

@ElmerT are seriously still running on hotfix pack 17 that was released in Sep 20, 2019 and you are concerned about MongoDB being out-dated. you have no protection against Log4J in place and all other components where Commvault relies on like Tomcat are running on ancient and vulnerable versions…

please plan an update to the latest hotfix pack which translates into going from HPK17 → HPK165
