Activate Data Governance - Confirm Reviewing (SAR)

Hi all,

after reviewing and accepted or denied all documents present in a request, the status of the documents is not updated.

 

Only after several attempts to move between the tabs of activate, it updates and I see the "complete review" or "request approval" access keys appear.

The currently installed version is 11.28.10

I spoke to the team Associate Managers for this topic who suggested opening a support case.  they have yet to see this.

Can you share the case number once you do?

@Gabriele Palumbo I am assuming this is now working.

If not, I would check which browser you are using.  I’m not aware of this issue, though it could be an older browser causing a delay, or temporary internet files, cached files, etc.
