AD browse doesn't work

Hi,
on my new DC (behind an internal Sophos firewall) i have installed the AD plugin for commvault.
When i try to browse i can’t see the content of my AD.

On other DCs (no FW between it) it works fine.
The network admin says that nothing is blocked.
He catches the traffic from DC to Mediagent and Commcell.
What can causes this?

Can you see successful Backups?

Can you check Browse.log from the Media Agent?

Thanks for your reply. I try to backup my AD and this works fine. Browse and restore i see my AD.
In the browser.log i see no entry at this time i started a browse in the agent.

Only this:
