Hi,

I have a question about Additional Setting: „bSkipFreeExtentCheckOnDDBPath”. What is the parameter on the MediaAgent used for? Can safely removed? or should it stay? I can't find a description for this parameter in the documentation.

Regards,

Michal

@Michal Osewski - This key will skip the checks for free extents (amount of free space) in a Linux filesystem.  There are several reasons this could have been added.

One example is when trying to create a DDB partition, you make get an error stating not enough free extents to perform action.  You check the LV and there is enough space, but not based on CV software checks, so you can bypass using the key mentioned.
