when I look at the aux copy job status it reflects total data to process as 14.49 TB however when I right click on the storage policy and select Media Not copied the total amount of data is less then 300GB...does that mean the deduplicated data to aux copy is only 300 GB?

Also, as the Aux copy utilizes a DDB at the secondary location the data copied would be less than 300GB?

Hi @Theseeker,

The “Data to be copied” in the aux copy summary is the application size of the data

thanks for that...now it appears that the original aux copy completed with errors; the next aux copy would it automatically copy the data which failed to copy on the original one or would I have to rerun the original aux copy?

It will automatically copy any Jobs that are 'partially copied' or failed to copy on each subsequent attempt. Can you share the error here?

Apologies for the delay, I am checking this and will get back to you soon.

I checked on this issue with our Media Management team,

Your subsequent aux copy attempt will retry any data that wasn’t processed, if you continue to see this issue I would recommend having an incident created.

If you do create an incident for this can you please share that incident number here or message me privately with the details if you prefer.
