Connectivity error between client and CommServe,Media Agent

Hi fellas,

 

Anyone has any idea about below messages in the cvfwd.log ?

I can access mutually over the 8400 port. However, check readiness and Content browse get an error.

Hi @0ber0n 

These messages suggest a firewall tunnel is expected, but you suggest port 8400 is open between client and MA, meaning a tunnel isn’t required.

Please check the network rules in place on the client and MA or Data Interface Pairs (DIPs) configured on both client and MA.

Potentially a tunnel is being requested unnecessarily, or attempting a tunnel over an interface that isn’t addressable from one side.
