Hello guys,
I'm having a problem, I'm trying to delete a disklib that gave problems in the DDB, but when trying to delete the disks it reports the error below, does anyone know how I can clean the jobs to delete the disks and disklib

@marcelo bernardes fernandes

This error indicates that there is still data present on that library that has not been pruned off due to WORM protection enabled on one of the Storage Policy/Copies.  The WORM protection must be disabled before the associated data can be pruned off.

This is documented here:

-https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/13938_worm_copies.html

In order to disable the WORM protection, you will need to open a new ticket for that.  The Support engineer will review the issue with you and provide you a Waiver that will need to be signed by your management and then an auth code and script will be provided to disable WORM.

Hope that helps.

@marcelo bernardes fernandes , do you have any WORM enablement in that library?  If so, you need to wait until the retention period has been met.
