Hi All
does email activity in workflows require special permission in office 365 email account? I’m able to send the normal alerts over email using SMTP details defined in control panel. But when i try to use email activity, it gives the authentication error! Do we require to enable some special permission on office 365 account to allow workflows?

Could you try this registry key with the o365 email account and see if this works?
Key goes onto the server that has the WFEngine installed (9/10 this is the Commserve itself).
