Enabling Ransomware protection on linux MA

Hello, 

im trying to enable Ransomware protection on a linux MA

i have followed the below guild and all good.

but after i finished the configuration, rebooted the MA 

when i check the MA properties for the ransomware protection it is still disabled...

any ideas?

What are the results of running the command [sestatus] on the machine?

If this shows enabled and enforcing it may just be a GUI refresh issue.

the status is enabled and enforcing 

and i have restarted the commserv services and its still the same old status [Disabled]

Run below command to see the output:

“cat /opt/commvault/Log_Files/CVMA.log | grep CV_SECURITY_CHECK”

In my particular case, the problem was a / defined at the end of each mount point in /etc/fstab.

i tried to grep on the input you have provided but i didnt get any result

Strange, do you have contect added to your /etc/fstab?
