Bom dia pessoal!

Estou tomando o erro abaixo onde não trás muitas informações do que aparentemente está acontecendo realmente, segue o log abaixo:

Failed with SBT library error [ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file, name="85544_XPR_t2117jlg_1_1", parms=""ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error text: ]

Hi Rafael,

The error reported is generic, this is usually observed when a proper group is not assigned during the Oracle Agent install, you may check the primary group the oracle user belongs and change the installed agent group with the “cvpkgchg” utility.

Also these types of errors are reported when there is any connection issues between the client and Commserve/ Media Agent. Please check the cvping between the client and Commserve/ Media Agent and confirm it is working with the respective hostnames
