Hi,
i try to backup my Sharepoint 2013 server. Last backup runs on 21.12.2022.
Now if i try to browse to file agent or sharepoint agent i get this error like at the attachment.
Commvault version is 11.28.44.
Other agents works fine.
Any idea why i can’t get access?

From the error I am guessing this is Sharepoint onprem server
99% of the time this error is because the account does not have all required permissions.
Requirements for the account are listed here:
https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/expert/57645_sharepoint_server_properties_general.html
Once setup you can run the validate account to confirm it has access.
If you are still having issue might need to review logs probably best to open a support case for deeper review.
On this client i get the error on fileagent too.
Not a Sharepoint problem only.
Okay than it appears there is some communications issues or something similar.
You can run a check readiness on the client machine. That might help point to the failure.
Otherwise it is best to open a case for review.
Thats the result. I don’t find it out why the communication is not ready to this client. We have much clients in the same vlan and they works fine.
Problem solved. Reinstalling the client commvault software…...
