Hello,

we have to recall stubs of about 2000 mailboxes. I want to use massrecall tool to recall the stubs. My question is, is there an option to define the complete mailbox of the user and to define exclusions of specific folders (calendar, deleted items, etc.). At the monent I don’t know which folders were created by users beside inbox. Or is it necessary to report all mailboxes and folders to create a input file which contains the folders that shoul be included for mass recall?

Thanks and regards,

Thomas

@ThomasG , have you checked out this link yet?

https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/expert/99748_generating_stub_detail_report.html

This has info about report.  You can generate it for a user as well.

Hello Mike,

Yes, I checked this already. So is there is no way to exclude folders? I have to create the input file with all folders to recall. The problem is, I do not know all folders with stubs users created. It would be much easier to recall all stubs in any folder except folders defined in any exclusion list.

Thanks and regards,

Thomas

Checking in with dev on this.  I’ll either reply or have them reply directly 😁

Hello @ThomasG ,

Recall tool does not support exclusion list. Stub Rehydration enhancements will be released in future service packs.

Thank You,
