Sharing case resolution:Installation completed successfully after the customer disabled Antivirus which was blocking it.Client added to Commvault now.

I would suggest opening a support ticket and sharing the case number here. There is normally more detail about which 3rd party application is failing, though you are not seeing anything listed.
