if we are talking about ports required strictly to write data to the cloud storage between MA and the cloud endpoint, we would need port 443 AND/OR 80.

By default, data is transferred through secured channels using HTTPS protocol. If you need to use HTTP, just add 'HTTP' to the service host name displayed in the Service Host option during configuration. See Configuring a Cloud Storage Library Using HTTP instead of HTTPS for additional information.
