I’m not sure this is the same issue as 

… so I’ve moved this to a new thread to explore in more detail.

Are you saying the missed SLA alert isn’t granular enough to detect/predict a possible SLA breach when the SLA is measured in hours/minutes?

I’m curious what’s the issue.  The above is true since minimum SLA is 1 Day.
