Hello everyone,

I’m looking to discover O365 APPs (configured from Command Center) into the Console. Configuration works using 3 zones (Trusted, DMZ and Untrusted). It’s working ok but APPs does not appear into the console.

Do you know how it is supposed to be discovered?

Thanks 👍

The O365 app is managed from the Command Center and not available in the CommCell Console.  We will still create a Mailbox v2 client in the CommCell console if it is for On-Prem but for anything O365 related such as Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint O365, it is the Command Center as the only option.

Hello Orazan,

Thanks for reply.

I cannot define Network Settings from Command Center, APP does not appear in Network Topologie.

Thanks 👍

@Fred The O365 client would not be needed for any network settings, etc. You would just need the access nodes. Best to create a client group that is used for access nodes on the specific apps then you can apply network settings, firewall rules, etc. as needed. The o365 client or app is pseudo so would not be able to apply any of those settings.

Depend, if you bring data into On-Premise using proxies, it will be better to limit TCP ports usage.

Refereeing to Support Expertise Team you can do it, but objects (client computers) are not created.

Thanks 👍

The object can be hidden, which sometimes happens. On some installations, the object appears (in java console) as soon as it is created from Command Center, but sometimes not.
