My coworkers and I are able to reach https://ma.commvault.com - we are prompted for our passwords, and the page reaches https://sso.commvault.com/connect/authorize?<<string> but then after about 1-2 minutes we are kicked to an error page.
Does commvault have an ‘online service status page’ like many big websites have (https://api.twitterstat.us ) that would allow us to check to see at a glance if a necessary service - like your maintenance/support page - was running?
