Network connection issues

• Can you share some details?
• What type of job is having the issue?  Is it failing at 0% or after a while?
• What is the exact error code and message?
• Do you have a firewall between the client and Media Agent?  If so, is it configured in Commvault as well?
• Have you run a Check Readiness on the problematic client for more details?

With the above answered, we can get started!
