Report Job Unable to send Email

Hi Guys,

I am facing an issue where the Webconsole report job is getting completed but it is not able to send the email. Below is the error.

mailRpt::sendMailLegacyApproach() - Error [*@*.com] encountered while sending email for report [D:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\Reports\AuxCopy - Fallen Behind Storage Policies.csv] for job id ****

CNsmtp::hasHost()() - Returned false from setHost()

CNsmtp::SendSMTPMail() - Unable to load SMTP configuration details, email sending failed.

mailRpt::sendMailLegacyApproach() - error to send failure email AuxCopy - Fallen Behind Storage Policies - AuxCopy - Fallen Behind.
