Hi @Allan0105 , hope all is well!  My initial thought here is that you have to recall the blobs from the cold storage (on the azure side).

Before we go into a few case resolutions, I found, I wanted to share this link about restores for archived cloud storage to ensure you’re following the process.

https://documentation.commvault.com/11.26/expert/102379_performing_on_demand_recalls_from_archive_cloud_storage.html

Now, if the above is already being done, then I have some possible fixes:

I saw an incident with that message.  It was due to a Lifecycle Policy set on the cloud, which was automatically rearchiving the items based on age as soon as the recall completed.

In another (might not be applicable) the database was part of an AppWare job and the entire VSA needed to be restored for it to complete.

If none of this applies, let me know though you’re likely best suited for a support case due to the large number of factors.

Relevant meme :)

The workflow @Mike Struening mentioned is required to recall the archive data before it can be restored. It can be setup to automatically run, but it has to be configured first. The docs should guide you through the process

Thanks Mike & Damian , once the storage recall completed, restore is working fine.
