SAP BR*TOOLs execution failed

I have found a few potential solutions for the highlighted error.

The first one is permissions based. Please have your DBA check the permissions on the folder /oracle/POD/sapprof

Second, please also check the requirements and ensure your version of BR*TOOLS meet the system reqs: https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/3086_sap_oracle_agent_system_requirements.html

Here are the logs themselves, as you can see, it fails at the same spot twice (likely due to permissions).
