if for a mistake I schedule 2 different job type (Full and Incremental) for a subclient at the same time which job will start ? Full or Incr or will be a “random” choise of Commvault ?

With default job management settings, one of the schedules would run and other would fail. The successful job would depend on how the schedules would be configured.
If the setting “queue conflicting jobs” is set (not the default setting) in control panel → Job Management, then both the jobs would start one after the other.

It would be random - survival of the fastest thread. There is no logic to handle conflicting schedules to be able to pick the right one to run.
