Hello Team,
pls am face with this issue now once i try to take oracle backup the HOME went offline, once i suspend and kill the job the home come back up again, i try taking archive log it backup successfully. pls help what could be the issue.

This issue has been resolved. What I found out is network, i kill the process and restart it and it works.
