I upgraded commserve v11sp16 to v11sp20
but, v10 client connection failed after upgraded
If the client is v10 when the combo is v11sp20, is it not compatible?

Good morning. Can you please tell me what type of agent is failing on the V10 client? Also can you provide an error that is being seen at the time of failure?

Are all 3 of those OS types not working?
i.e all of your V10 clients?

Are the failures for File System agents installed on these operating systems or for all agents that are v10.
backup failed
SSL authentication with has failed
v10 sp15
Eventually, I reinstalled it.
