Need-to-know resources - websites and portals and apps, oh my!

If you have a question, we’re here to help - and we also have some great resources that might answer your question faster than a human. Here are the resources you need to know about:

  • Commvault.com. We know, we know, it’s a company website – how useful can it be? Well in this case – very. If you’re lost, start here – find links to everything you need, whether it’s the support portal, case white papers, datasheets or info about our new capabilities or next webinar.
  • Your Customer Support Portal.  This is your hub for support cases, security updates, and advice.
    • Set up your account and update your contact details. And make sure to set your preferred hours.
    • If you have an issue the Community didn’t already have an answer for, you can create a case here. You can also check in on or add updates to existing cases.
  • Education & Training, including courses, certifications and how-to videos on-demand.
  • Documentation: Self-hosted and as-a-ServiceEverything you need to know about each release. Essential documentation is open to everyone, but you’ll need your portal or Cloud login to check out the Expert docs.
  • Cloud services. The Commvault Cloud Services Portal provides a suite of solutions for managing and monitoring your data. You can download software updates, view your Reporting dashboard and Health Report, request branding and personalization for your CommCell environment, use data sizing tools to predict your data protection needs, and access a variety of other useful applications. After you create an account, you can also use the Commvault Store to download software updates, reports, App Studio applications, alert rules, and workflows.
  • Get social. You’ve already found our customer community. But there’s more! Follow us on social for more news and insights:

OK – did you bookmark them all? Then it’s time to find out who to talk to, and when
