Who to talk to, and when (onboarding)

As you get oriented, there are Vaulters standing by to help you. Here’s who to talk to, when.

  • Your Sales team. Your Sales team didn’t go anywhere! If you have questions or need help, drop them an email or give them a call.
  • Your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Not everyone has a CSM assigned. If you do, hang tight - they’ll introduce themselves to you, or your Sales Team will introduce them to you. If you have a CSM, they’re your first port of call if you have a question about navigating Commvault. 
  • Need more? Explore our Training offerings here, including formal coursework and certifications and on-demand learning library.
  • If you need additional services, our Professional Services teams have got you. Find about more about the available services here, and contact your sales team if you need support with a project or are looking for custom reports, dashboards or integrations.
  • Is it not working? Behaving oddly? Need help troubleshooting? That sounds like a job for Support. You can post here in our technical forums or open a case via the portal.
