Hello team, Customer runs a commcell like following. Client - cvltclnt Subclient - cvltclnt_file_backup Storage Policy (Disk) - SamsungDedupe (retention 10days, Full) - SamsungDedupe_Inc (retention 5days, Incremental) Customer is using this option “Incremental Storage Policy” for incremental backup on Storage Policy. And they want to get this configuration info using SQL query.What table/view should customer do a query to get this information? Client Subclient Storage Policy retention days Schedule Backup Level cvltclnt cvltclnt_file_backup SamsungDedupe 10 FS_FULL Full cvltclnt cvltclnt_file_backup SamsungDedupe 5 FS_INC Incremental I’ve tried to find the identifier for “Incremental Storage Policy” option in the table/view on MSSQL but I couldn’t. If I have to join several tables/views to get the value then kindly let me know how to make a query. customer wants to get the values for subclient, storage policy, retention and backup level base

Hey guys,There’s something I can’t really understand about the way ‘Client Computers’ and ‘Client Computer Groups’ are working.Am I not supposed to see all of my clients under ‘Client Computers’ when adding a new one?Why is it that some clients are only under one of the ‘Client Computer Groups’ and some are only under ‘Client Computers’ and even some are under both?Thanks alot!
I was deployed FREL version CentOS Linux release 8.2.2004 to my VM lab to test prior to deploy it in our prod environment. The root password was predefined during the OVA deployment but upon login to i was not able to login successfully using my root password. Why is that happen? is there a default user that i can use to change the FREL root credential?
I want to move my data from one mount point to other in a DDB setup...These mountpaths are from different storage.Basically we are decommissioning an old storage that was used to store Infinite retention backup so will have to move all those data to a new storage.Please suggest the best approach for this
We are using the IBM i File System Agent to backup our IBM partitions. We want to test restoring a spool file and can’t find CommVault documentation on how to do this. Is anyone using the IBM i File System Agent and/or have information on how to restore a spool file? Thank you,Jennifer

Hello,Could someone please provide the proper steps to decommission the Windows media agents and asssociated DDB, and Disk Libraries? We have migrated to hyperscale and the legacy environment needs to shutdown. It is just running DDB backups and Index backups.
We never backed up the client with MongoDB and want to remove it from the client and just leave the File System only.Question, if I remove the MongoDB software, will it prompt me to uninstall the Media Agent, Storage Accelerator and IntelliSnap or do I have to remove them one by one ? i trying to backup oracle client and working fine once after that got error as in attached log to be noted :- all network connections between CS,MA,client are fine - service account and permissions are set as required - i changed cvd port because there are services working on same port but still having error
