how do i implement a multitenant sharing the same commserve?

Hello

 

I need to implement backups for a new customer who has different companies and wants to do it from his commserve which already backs up other customers machines that are in a different IP range.

Hi @Genny D 

 

You can raise a ticket with customer support, and they would be able to guide you.

 

I believe tuning the commserve might require a separate MSP agreement. Although I cannot say with certainty.
