hello @Jennifer Kelley I have completed the course and as I mentioned earlier threat Scan does not support scheduled operations.I wanted to bring something to your attention. I attempted the assessment twice: In my first attempt i selected the option that says Threat Scan can be scheduled as David noted that was marked incorrect (see screenshot below).   In my second attempt i selected the option without scheduling as I mentioned earliere for @Nikos.Kyrm  which was marked correct — as supported by both the course material and documentation (screenshots attached). I also reviewed the official documentation updated Sep 27, 2025 which clearly states that Threat Scan cannot be scheduled.https://documentation.commvault.com/saas/running_threat_scan.html Could you please confirm this for me @Jennifer Kelley  ? I’d like to be certain especially since we have an upcoming project relying on this information. You know we are an MSP and service company any incorrect information could impact ou

I also completed the Advance Configuration course and received the Advanced badge. My issue is that I am unable to see any of these in my Commvault learning dashboard and if I click on Detailed view, it says there is no matching Education Advantage account. Where can I see my Certifications to provide to my employer? Many thanks,Rich

Hello,Last week I refreshed the Engineer and Expert certifications. I received my Engineer Credly badge nearly instantly but haven't received the Expert one so far. Is there any delay I should expect?

I am looking to take the Advanced Configuration for CommCell Console ILT course but I am in North America and the course is offered out of UAE, Austria and Germany.  For me to do the online courses I would have to start at 4:30am.  Will you be offering this course in a North American time zone (preferrably Eastern)? Thank you.

Hello All, Yesterday I passed my first exam from Commvault site, from this website:https://commvault.csod.com/With one account. I see that currently there is another website with certification, where I have another account, from this link: https://readiverse.commvault.com/And questions which appeared in my head :).How to migrate avaialble certificates between the Commvault learning platforms? Is it still avaialble only exams for Commvault next paths layer (Engineer and Expert), I see only full courses with exams without any seperated exams. Regards, Michal

HiI am from a partner and just finished two exams in Readiverse. I would like to know where to download the certificates. I can only find the exam score currently in the “My Activities”.

Good day,On the page of https://readiverse.commvault.com/My commvault engineer course appears on the waiting list, I already tried to enter the page:https://partners.commvault.com/But I don't have the permissions, with whom can I see these topics and that my course is released?

Hello guys, I want to get better at troubleshooting Linux clients, Oracle and PostgreSQL DBs. I know all of them from the administrative site from Commvault and can troubleshoot from there but I am completely lost when it gets deeper. For example I just learned about control files and spfiles from Oracle DBs. Both control file and spfile are needed for a successful restore of the DB, but as a pure Commvault admin I didnt know that.  What do you guys think what would be the best training to start with? I didnt find any DB trainings specially for backup admins but maybe you have something in mind. Thanks in advanceEddi

I would like to know how I can retake the exam?

Please help me with one modul that cant be completed although all video already watched. Try to email enablement-help@commvault.com but it blocked. Advanced Configuration - CommCell Console Certification - Advanced Storage Configuration Regards,Iqbal

Hello,I see all these nice certificates in my LinkedIn but I’ve yet to receive mine after successfully completing the Cyber Resilience Certification training. Is there more than the test at the end to get this? Can’t seem to find the answer anywhere. Must say it’s a really nice training and well thought out sitecheers,Mark

Hi Team, Noticed there are a number of specialist badges for Commvault -  Commvault Cloud SaaS for Microsoft Azure VMs - CredlyCore Security Features on Commvault Cloud SaaS - CredlyCommvault Cloud Rewind on Commvault Cloud SaaS - Credly  Would very much like to add these to my arsenal of certifications..Does anyone know how to obtain these? I thought maybe through these -  CSF SaaS - Microsoft Azure VMsCSF SaaS - Core Security FeaturesCSF SaaS - Cloud Rewind But that doesn’t seem to trigger the credly assignment :(  Thanks,Hayden

It’s been a while since I have posted here- but - Here we go! Whats going on with Readiverse? I took all the self paced learning items and it didnt show any completion ( yea a certificate) but no badges etc. Also, the test for SAAS m365 I took and scored 0%(?) - So I went back and looked at my answers and all but 1 was marked correct. Seems you get a 0% no matter what which keeps you from completing the course. anyone else experience this? Has anyone else used other platforms for elearning like Pluralsight?  Thanks

where do you guys get commvault exam Dumps
