Metallic training and Certification.

I have been using Metallic for a year but, would like to get certified.  Is this training included in the professional training?   Also, is the new portal (https://readiverse.commvault.com/learn) included if you are already a client or is there an extra cost? Thanks, in advance.

Hi,I took the Commvault Professional exam yesterday. Unfortunately not successful. Is there a way to see which questions I answered incorrectly? Even the order in the review doesn't seem to match the order of the questions in the test. Thanks in advance and best regardsChristian

Unable to login to the new Certification portal

Hi all, I am still able to login to the previous education portal ea.commvault.com and can see my certification, however, I am unable to login to the new portal https://commvault.csod.com/login/render.aspx?id=defaultclp using the same credentials.  Shouldn’t I be able to login using same credentials, or  do I have to create a new login credential? if yes, how to move my certification and pending courses/exams from old portal to this new portal? Could anyone please help me?

Certificates and courses are gone after Learning Advantage to Readiverse transition

Hello,Commvault certs and courses are not available at the Readiverse platform after it transitioned from old Learning Advantage portal. So, I didn’t get any hearing from any of these e-mails: enablement-help@commvault.com, supportportal_admin@commvault.com, registrar@commvault.com. Who should I contact to make certs and courses available again?

Can not see Certifications in Commvault Learning

Hi All,I have completed the Professional Foundations course and Professional self paced course and received my Professional Badge. I also completed the Advance Configuration course and received the Advanced badge.My issue is that I am unable to see any of these in my Commvault learning dashboard and if I click on Detailed view, it says there is no matching Education Advantage account. Where can I see my Certifications to provide to my employer? Many thanks,Rich

Self paced course and exam include for professional certification

Hi,I have completed the self-paced professional courses, foundational 11.26.2 and advanced comcell console by taking and completing the exams included in the course. I received also the two badges from Credly. From the partner advantage site, they all appear to have passed and I have received the two badges for professional certified and advanced configuration, but I have no way to download the PDF of the professional certification. From the EA site, I do not see the course participation or the certification.thanks

Hi Guys,I guys, I have completed the Commvault Engineer certification. Since I am having 7+ years experiance in Commvault, i completed the exam the knowledge i have gatherd in my experiance. But, I would like gather more knowledge for Commvault expert exam.
