Does anyone have experience with creating Reports in Command Center using RestAPI?When you schedule a Report in Command Center you have the possibility to have it give you the RestAPI equivalent.By modifying that code to our needs (e.g. different Report name & recipients) we want to create Reports “automatically” with the API.As we need to create many Reports quite often (as we run a Multitenant environment) a potential API usage would save us a lot of time.When I try the POST command with the adjusted JSON payload to the URL mentioned (see screenshot below) it doesn’t work, no error, just nothing happens, so I’m wondering if there is something I’m missing.
I'm working on a POC project to enable the Commvault SQL plugin on the latest SQL Server Management Studio. I have two questions:The Commvault documentation specifies SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) 18 as the supported version for the Commvault SQL plugin. Is it possible to use the current version plugin in latest SSMS 19 version? I'm unable to find a download link for the CvSQLAddInConfig.exe plugin in the documentation. Could you please provide the reference for downloading it?
I am getting “Internal error occurred -5” on Readiness Check on several clients after the 11.32.35 upgrade. Backup seems to be working still, but we can’t have this “false positive” alert every day.(Upgrade was done 4 days ago, so I don’t think it is something that will go away “by itself”.)We have tried restarting the commvault services on the clients, also the commvault repair option. No improvement.Anyone know what could be the cause? 🖖
So… this is probably a stupid question but…I’m a long time CommVault client and I’m slowly switching from the java GUI to the Command Center. This week we installed a new AD server so I went into CC, created a backup plan, and installed the CV AD client on the new server. Now I want to run a full backup but… there doesn’t seem to be any way to do that. When I go to Protect > Active Directory, I see the new server but there’s no option in the Action menu to run a backup. Am I missing something?

We recently moved from on Prem email to cloud, and with the move the deleteClientAuthorization workflow stopped working. I know we have to reconfigure the Email Approval settings (image below) but not really sure what server to define there. Tried outlook.office365.com and made sure the account we are using has IMAP enabled but still doesn’t work. Anyone here has this configuration on their environment? Any other tweak we need to change on the user account/user mailbox for it to be able to login using IMAP?Appreciate any idea that anyone thinks be helpful in this scenario. Thanks in advance.

Hello,We currently have our primary copies stored on Hyperscale-X with secondary AUX copies residing at our opposing datacenter consisting of a traditional Windows MA attached to Nexsan storage. We have a requirement to implement some sort of air gap solution. I know it’s not fool-proof, but at the moment I’m considering a tertiary copy to move the data from either Hyperscale-X (local) or from the AUX copy to another MA/Storage located on a locked down network with a firewall in between. The concern however is the length of time that we’d need to leave ports opened to create that air gap copy. We could be talking dozens of TBs that would need to be copied and if we need to leave the ports opened for several hours, that’s going to increase our exposure. Can anyone speak to how they’re maintaining an on-premise air gap solution and provide me with any suggestions? Have commcell associated.My account is member of master but I have no idea on how to do the other association. Can anyone shed some light? as it is now the report comes up empty. Here is a problem we are having with media agents at one location. We are seeing backups and restores with wildly different performance for any gateway installed on a Nutanix cluster. An adjacent older VMware cluster has no problems. The two clusters share the same 1G Internet pipe at a colo. We have another Nutanix cluster at a different location that has pretty decent performance consistently. We cannot find any one thing that might explain the behavior, and the poor and inconsistent performance makes managing the platform very difficult at that site. We would like to understand why the gateway running on the older cluster (HPE servers and EMC storage) which runs on 1G interconnects, is orders of magnitude faster than some of the gateways running the new Nutanix cluster (HPE DX-380’s) with 10G interconnects. Running ordinary uploads and downloads on any of the Nutanix-hosted gateways is fast, as expected. So, it doesn’t seem to be Internet, or hardware related. It smells as
