Hi team, we try to push fresh data from private metric reporting and it failed.

Any idea how to solve existing issue ?

Hi,
As far as I can see, your commserve is running 11.24.94.

Potentially, the issue can be fixed by running the below command from the Base folder on Commserve

Qoperation execscript -sn SetKeyMetricsConfig -dbn CVCloud -si 'UseUnicodeEncoding' -si y -si 1
