How to configure backup policy in commvault such that daily incremental are taken to different set of tapes where as weekly full to another set and the monthly full to another set.
Please note the primary copy goes to disk backup and the auxiliary copy is to the tape.
As per my understanding from your query you are trying to take daily backups on particular set of tapes and wanted to run the backup copy on disks ? Correct me If I am wrong here.
If you wanted to take daily\weekly\monthly backups on different set of tapes and you can create a separate tape pools for them.
and
Then create separate policy for copies. Assign those pools to relevant copy policies.
