I have raised this up as an issue in the past with Dev and they advised me it is a major limitation of the Web-GUI and those restores will need to be submitted separately. 

I have not seen any rumblings of it being addressed but what you can do is raise a support ticket requesting a CMR to be created. This is the best way to tell dev this is a feature that is wanted and should have more attention. The more people who do this, the more eyes it will get on it.
