CommVault has the classic problem of a product with so much wide ranging utility that it is practically impossible to keep track of every aspect of the product.

Nice thread! I often use our new search since I own that as well, though there is one page I have bookmarked and use OFTEN since I also do a lot of work in creating KBs for Error Codes as well as creating CMRs to edit/improve the messages:
Very handy when you see an error code and want to get the textual message as well in its raw form.
