Hi @Krish004 !  Thanks for the post!  To confirm, are you looking for tips on a disaster recovery run book?

What exactly do you need to document?

I’m sure some of our community members can chime in :nerd:

Thanks!

thanks for the response @Mike Struening  , I am in process of designing a commvault backup infra for one of my client , i wanted any reference document if some has created this previously  with different test case scenarios to document and to test it before handing over the infra to operations team , i need a reference document or some inputs what content i can include as i am doing this for first time

as of now i want a generic test case validation document or a reference document , one my infra is completely ready , i will modify it as per my infra design

Let me see if we have something like this.  I have some contacts in a few places.

While I check, I would also suggest contacting your Account Rep who might have access to some docs.

@Krish004 , I’m still asking around, though not having much luck.  Anything from your Account Rep?  That’s generally more their side (Professional Services, especially).

@Krish004 , I heard back from (many of) my sources.

We don’t have anything public to share, as a DR test and readiness will differ per environment (and are customized for you).

Professional Services does have a readiness assessment service that you can contact your Account Rep for.

Let me know if you have further questions!
