Hi,We are currently running Commvault in a VM 11.20.168 on Windows Server 2019, and also using a FREL.As the title states, I would like to upgrade the Commvault release from 11.20.168 to the latest version 11.32, and also the Windows Server version. We have 4 instances that I maintain, and it is a closed network (I have to download the update files and transfer them over).This VM was previously running Windows Server 2012R2 but I upgraded our instances to Windows 2019. I could just do an in place upgrade again to 2022, but maybe it is best to make a new VMs. Please share your thoughts and recommendations.

Hello to all,Recently I faced the following issue and I was not able to login to Command Center!In my case there was no alternative in browser, neither an exception to bypass this Clock Ahead error!Finally, the solution was to just update the Chrome browser to latest version!As the documentation mentions “Google Chrome (versions that are not older than a year)” Supported Web Browsers for the Command CenterYou can use the following web browsers to access the Command Center and the Web Console. Hello everyone, We are running Commvault 11.28.72.Now we want to upgrade to 2023E. I'm trying to download the software via Commcell Console:Tools tab, Add/Remove Software > Download SoftwareThe download starts and then changes to pending with the following error: If I try to download 11.30 the same thing happens.When I upgraded the commcell console from 11.24 to 11.28 it al worked great.Anyone an idea of what to do?
Hello,We would like to upgrade our CommVault installation 11.25 to latest 11.32 release.Is it possible to make a direct upgrade ? When i try to download the software from GUI Console, the latest feature release that can i choose is 11.26 ? I cannot choose 11.32 in the list. What can i do to obtain the latest release from Gui commvault console ? Is it necessary to upgrade to 11.26 and after to 11.32 ? We use SQL Server 2016, is there an automatic ugrade to SQL 2019 including in the 11.32 installer ? Thanks
download and does not allow me to download 11.36.x directlyit allow me onlt 11.32.x or 11.34.x do I need to upgrade to 11.34 firstly and then 11.36 or am I missing something?

Hi! We’re slowly planning some upgrades to our Commvault installasjon, where we’re planning to go from 11.24 to 11.32 (which i understand can be done with a direct upgrade from .24 to .32)….. but we also plan to upgrade the Commvault MSSQL installasjon, which is currently an older MSSQL versjon, The question is, should we upgrade the DB first, or Commvault ? Any recommendation ?
