Can I perform Synthetic Full Backups of associated subclients manually instead of traditional Full Backups?

Well……you can. BUT, what if there was corruption (as mentioned in that contextual note) in the blocks you’ll used for that Synth full? You may do a restore later on that fails.
If it was sealed for reasons not including corruption, sure. Should be fine.
However, if the store was sealed because of corruption, then do a manual full to be safe.
