Hi,
we’re using some role based permission in our commvault environment to enable access to basic backup/restore functions. Normal file restores via CommCell Console war working fine, but when the admin tries to do a 1-touch recovery I can see a “permission denied” in the event viewer and he gets a “failed” on his restore.
Which permission are necessary to do a 1-touch recovery?

Please ensure the Role has these permissions and let us know the results.
