Scheduler - Not found after SP11.24 upgrade

Hi Everyone,

Please assist, i have upgrade Feature release to 11.24.0. When i go to scheduler, i can see the there is something in each day but when i open any day in the calendar, it says “Not found”

Hi @Glenn Ngobeni 

Your message suggests you have updated to 11.24.0, without any Maintenance Release (MR), which contains hotfixes.

I’ve done a quick check on hotfixes provided in 11.24.x and there are a few relating to schedules and scheduler, so please would you update to the latest MR, which is showing as 11.24.16 in Maintenance Advantage.

Let us know how things look after installing MR 11.24.16.

Just as another quick thought of something else to check, when viewing schedules, is ensure the user account you are logged into the console with has correct permissions to view the schedule policies and clients your expecting to see in the scheduler - have you tried the same check as admin?

Thank you Stuart, installing MR 11.24.16 fixed the issue.
