DASH Copy recover

Hello Commvault community,

Regarding the use of DASH Copy, I have the following question: If the MediaAgent where I store the primary copy is unavailable, can I recover with the copies I have on my backup site? Taking into account that the secondary copy only transfers unique data blocks.
