I encounter a problem when backing up a few VMs in my Vmware Vsphere 7 environnment :

Cannot read disk k Datastore2-Compellent] xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx-000002.vmdk] for virtual machine eSRV-xxxxxxxxx] on the host tesxi03.xxxxx.xx].

pOne or more errors occurred while processing the request. (ERROR_ERRORS_ENCOUNTERED.774), ReadCurrVmdkFile (W32.774) Failed]

I red on some forums that a Storage Vmotion could resolve the issue on vmdk files, but my management do not want go through this path because this VM is in our production environment. Is there any other solutions ?
