Hello, guys.

I am a bit new to commvault and I have a client with a used case to back office365 data up to AWS.

They already have a bucket created to take the backup.

I just want to know the best practise to run the job and a brief on how to go about it.

I will appreciate  a prompt response.

Hello Mubaraq,
What service pack is the environment on?  Essentially we have agents that can be configured for individual components within Office 365 (sharepoint, exchange, etc.)

https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11_sp20/article?p=microsoft_office_365_backup.htm

Each application is broken down within the link above.  Once you have the clients configured you would just need to point the clients to the AWS storage policy.  Let me know if you have any questions.
