Mind sharing some extracts from the evmgrs.log on the Commserve?

Try login to replicate the failure, then open this log from log folder directory (default path - C:\Program Files\Commvault\Content Store\Log Files) and around about that time stamp we should get a bit more information on the failure.

Share the extracts here (after you mask anything sensitive).
