I’m currently running 11.30.64 and tried to download 11.34.5 but after 40 minutes the job reported 0% progress. I killed the first download job and am now trying to download 11.32.35 and it also seems to be going nowhere.
Is anyone else having problems downloading patches?

The download of 11.32.35 completed in 25 minutes so I’m guessing either there’s an issue with the 11.34.5 download or CommVault doesn’t like the idea of going from 11.30.64 all the way to 11.34.5.
Either way, I’ve got an update and will continue with patching.

Attempts to download 11.34.5 don’t work and attempts to download 11.32.35 simply re-download 11.30.80 - even after the download cache has been cleared. Sadly I’ve reached the point where I can’t even download a simple patch without having to open a support ticket and 240108-869 is in progress. Evan though I can’t download the version I need, downloads technically work so I’ll mark this comment as the solution.
