Hi team,

 

i would like to desactivate Commserve DR to tape (Version 11.28.10)

Try to delete policie but have an error “ Manual deletion of jobs from a worm storage policy is not allowed”

Hello @virgil 

Since the tape copy is a WORM copy you will need to open a case with Support and fill out a request form to have WORM removed. Since WORM is for compliance and its purpose is to prevent the data from being modified, we need to go through our Legal Team for an authorization code to get WORM removed.

If you submit a ticket we will provide the request form and we can send the request to Legal for an auth code.
