Heath report showing critical with given error "No Index Backup in last 30 days " whereas backup is getting completed for client.

@spatil - Looks like the index DB for the client is not backed up in last 30 days. 

First, I would recommend to performance browse from the latest backup for the problematic client and see if the browse is successful. If the browse is successful then the DB in consistent state and it should be backed up. If not, then index DB look to be inconsistent state hence it was skipped for the backup. 

If the browse is successful then make sure the index backups are getting completed successfully.

Hello @spatil 

With the introduction of Indexing V2 Commvault now creates a pseudo index server based on each storage policy within the Client Computer Group > Index Server, the Index Backups are run against each storage policy and a system created schedule runs the Index Backups every 24 hours. 

Could you please confirm if these are completing successfully by checking the backup history? 

Also, the index server associated with the alert here, you can check indexstat.log and check if any errors are reported for the client in question. 

If everything comes out clean, its safe to ignore these alerts.
