Hello Team,

Pls am having issue adding adition tape drive of LTO 5 with other LTO 7,8

i try to add it from the expert storage still it cannot discover the LTO 5 driver pls help as i hv LTO 5 tape in media to copy.

Good morning.   Have you run an Exhaustive Detection from the expert storage configuration or a standard detection?

Hey @Alexzy 

Can you see the LTO5 Drive from Device Manager of the Media Agent you’re performing the detect from?

When you attempt the ‘detect’, there will be a log output on the screen of what was detected. Do you see any devices in this list that match the LTO5 device?
