we are failing to create 3 node Hyperscale 1.5.1 cluster (reference architecture ) 

the library was created but it’s offline with this error- 

Library status offline due to incomplete storage pool configuration. Please wait for other media agents to join this storage pool library configuration.

the media agent for all 3 servers is ready.

the version is 11.32.43 (commserve + the three Hyperscale nodes)  

is it possible to fix the issue ? or we need to format and install again ?

Thanks for the great question but this kind of issue really requires our support team to review and troubleshoot. I recommend raising a support case to help troubleshoot as any advice given here could result in damage to the data on the disk as it could be given with the wrong context.
