Hi, I have a customer who is undergoing a cloud transformation.
They currently have a 6-node HyperScale X cluster with approximately 40 % used it with long-term retention. The goal is to migrate all long-term retention to Metallic and reduce the number of nodes from 6 to 3 in order to use the evacuated nodes and create another cluster in another site.
Is this easily achievable?

View originalGood afternoon. This would not be easily achievable and is not a documented process. I would recommend opening a case with our SDS team and they in turn could reach out to Development to see if this is something that they would work on via escalation.
